DIRECTIONS TO OSBORNE HOUSE

a) by road
Long Ditton is near Surbiton in south-west London and very close to the A3 at the Hook Junction.

from london:
Take the A3 to the Hook Junction (one mile after the Tolworth junction). Turn right at the roundabout, taking the A243 towards Surbiton. After about 600 metres, turn sharp left at the Maypole pub into Ditton Road. Herne Rd is then the second road on the left. Osborne House is the first large house on the left after a row of cottages.

from guildford area or M25 junction 10:
There is no exit from the A3 at the Hook Junction when coming from this direction, so go on to the next junction, at Tolworth, then back down the A3 and off at the Hook Junction. Take the A243 towards Surbiton then after about 600 metres, turn sharp left at the Maypole pub into Ditton Road. Herne Rd is then the second road on the left. Osborne House is the first large house on the left after a row of cottages.

from dorking area or M25 junction 9:
Take the A243 towards Kingston and about 5 miles after leaving junction 9, you will cross the A3 roundabout. After about 600 metres, turn sharp left at the Maypole pub into Ditton Road. Herne Rd is then the second road on the left. Osborne House is the first large house on the left after a row of cottages.

from the scilly isles roundabout at esher:
Take the A309 towards London. Go over the traffic lights at Hinchley Wood, then straight over a mini roundabout. Take left fork, (signposted Hook and Chessington), then immediately take next left at the rose nursery, signposted to Long Ditton. Follow country road right round church to crossroads with war memorial. Turn right and Herne Rd is then fourth on right. Osborne House is the first large house on the left after a row of cottages.

b) by train
Go to SURBITON station (Waterloo line). Ring us five minutes before you arrive, then as you leave the platform, turn right at the top of the steps to the rear car park.. We will collect you, but please let us know you will need collecting when you make the appointment.
